Peanut butter lovers, prepare for glory. If you love a Reese’s cup (and who doesn’t?) you will adore these cupcakes. They consist of a chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter filling. As if that’s not decadent enough, they are then smothered with a sweet peanut butter frosting and a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Finally they’re topped with a miniature Reese’s cup.
Here’s a preview of the final product. Drooling yet?
They turned out great- sinfully sweet and absolutely delicious. Thanks Jenine!!
The cupcake stand was a gift from my sister, isn’t it adorable? It’s like serving a bouquet of cupcakes.
My friend Jenine had a birthday recently, so I decided to make cupcakes. Jenine really loves lemon (you should see how many wedges she squeezes into her water) so I wanted to come up with a bright, citric, lemon-based cupcake for her. The result was these lemon lime cupcakes with a lemon curd filling and lemon frosting. HOLY LEMON!
Can you tell I like chocolate? I’m pretty sure I eat something chocolate every single day. I think most women have a little ‘chocoholic’ in them, which is why I made these scrumptious caramel fudge brownies for a recent girls day in with my favorite ladies.
I am not exaggerating, this cake changed my life. For the record, I don’t like cake. That’s what makes this cake so great- it’s barely even cake. Its almost like eating fudge covered with chocolate frosting. It’s perfect for any chocolate lover, which is why I recently made it for my boyfriend’s birthday.
